The Caffè Mod idea was born thinking about the needs of coffee shops, we have been harboring ideas and thoughts for a long time to then get to create a quality product combined with a Marketing plan that would push the sales of the places that supply the coffee.
We have selected the best single-origin products to put together the characteristics of our blends and we asked ourselves how to intervene to encourage consumers to choose certain places.

Being good or good is not enough, more is needed.
In Italy there are over 800 coffee roasters, who distribute their own coffee and are beyond 300 thousand the catering businesses that administer it.
Finding a way to stand out is a vital survival factor.
We invest a lot of resources in image, studying everything in detail, no decisions are taken lightly.
Everything must reinforce the image, the graphic study of the bag, the apron, the cup and all the accessories must bring added value to the Caffè Mod Brand and to the premises that administer it.
What makes the difference is the spirit in which decisions are made.

Caffè Mod was conceived in Modena, in Emilia Romagna.
A special place, it is a place where great visionaries have realized their ideas that have turned into dreams for the rest of the world.
WHY THE MOD NAME?
MOD is first of all a tribute to Modena, our city, which we want to pay homage.
MOD is also a term that derives from "Modernism" a subcultural movement born in London in the late 1950s and which in the following decade expanded to the rest of the world.
The so-called "MODS" stood out for their style: Italian tailored suits, the contrast of black and white, wasps and lambrettas were essential elements to feel part of the MOD thought.
The more you gave the impression of looking like an Italian gentleman, the more you felt MOD.
MOD was not just style but a thought that moved among post-war young people who wanted to redeem their lives.
Chance or fate would have it that the motto of the city of Modena,
"Avia pervia" (The inaccessible becomes accessible) is somehow connected with the period and the thought of the MOD movement whose motto "Adopt, Adapt, Improve" (Adopt, Adapt, Improve) taught young people who were not very poor of the years 60 as "making the inaccessible accessible".
We like to think that the name CAFFE 'MOD, in addition to transmitting the attachment we have to the city that gave us birth, Modena, can be a tribute to the Italian style that enchanted the whole world in the 60s. We like to think that the name CAFFE 'MOD evokes the same desire for redemption and to improve things that the Mods of the 60s had.
It is said that MOD is not born, not made, MOD turns out to be.
